Becoming a PADI Assistant Instructor is a brilliant transitional step between PADI Divemaster & PADI Instructor. It allows you to consolidate your teaching skills and grow as a Pro diver.
It will make you a better, more rounded PADI Instructor. Many of Stellar’s team have been AI’s and have enjoyed the role enormously. You will work closely with our PADI Course Director & Staff Instructors where you not only gain additional experience as a PADI Professional scuba diver, but you also start learning the PADI System of diver education.
You can act as an instructional scuba assistant and assume limited yet independent teaching responsibilities. It’s a great way to gain experience in order to become a scuba instructor!
